The notch needs stay-stitching and careful reinforcement at its base or it will gape with wear — this is the single detail to get right. The sleeve should be cut generously through the upper arm and gathered into the cuff band, not tapered; the softness is the point. Confirm the hem length in the shoes you intend to wear, because floor-length is unforgiving of a guess.
